AOK Male Leadership Group is a 501-c3, nonprofit organization, with a mission to empower males as leaders in the home, workplace, and economy.  It was founded in 2014 by Marq Neasman Sr. after having a God inspired vision of the peace that would reside over the world when males became educated on their core purposes.

Our company's existence rests on the fact that there is a great deprivation of education when it comes to developing males.  We sincerely believe this lack of education in male leadership will lead to the demise of our nation.

Social proof can be found in the alarming statistics of domestic violence, prison incarceration, fatherlessness, pornography, decreased male graduation rates, increasing divorce rates, and the massive out cry of women fighting for equality.

By bringing social awareness to the importance of male education we can change the trajectory of our nation, and reach new heights that once appeared unimaginable.

The power of our organization can be found in the principles we use to equip males, both men and boys.  We live and breathe that which every male must pursue at some point in his life.  "The 3 P's" (Priest, Protector, and Provider) are the core components of every male.  
By equipping a male in these three core areas we ensure his ability to be made whole in all aspects of life.  This philosophy has propelled us to form a community and culture around manhood, business, and leadership.  There is no greater organization when it comes to the development of men, and trust us when we say that we have seen them all!

FATHER-SON GOLF OUTING
The Father-Son Golf Challenge, hosted by AOK Male Leadership Group, brings awareness to fatherlessness.  A $100 billion economic travesty taking place in America.

This annual golf tournament is for two-player teams, consisting of PGA golfers and their sons. It is played over two days (36 holes) for The King's Club Trophy. The field of twenty teams plays a scramble format.

MANHOOD WEEK
Manhood Week is the experience of a lifetime during this action-packed of fellowship, speakers, entertainment, workshops, fun, and inspiration. This week is all about building unbreakable bonds, forging new ones, and awakening to new levels of growth in manhood.  The event is held in beautiful Orlando, FL.

This week long event incorporates The AOK Mental Health Conference, The Manhood March, Annual Father-Son Golf Outing, and the We Breed Kings Gala. Features influential guest speakers.

"WE BREED KINGS" GALA
The We Breed Kings Gala, a red carpet affair, is hosted by AOK Male Leadership Group to raise funds to support our Business and Leadership Preparatory School in the Orlando.

This is a black-tie event that you don’t want to miss! Join us for a night of dinner, dancing, amazing speakers, and fashion. The We Breed Kings Gala brings together 350 community leaders and influencers to support the children and families in our community and we hope you can join us!

A young man with an extensive track record, Marq Neasman Sr. is building an empire around male leadership that is unmatched. It is his sincere belief that if we can develop high quality males, we can ultimately change the world. In fact, our slogan "We Breed Kings" was created behind this same notion of thought. Marq Neasman Sr. resides in Orlando, FL, with his wife and two sons.
